This pretty white and mint green dress and matching bloomers has lovely frills around the shoulders , across the front of the yolk and a frill at waist. It has two matching bows and a double frill at the hem. The bloomers  have frills around the legs with a bow at either side. It is fully lined with button fastening down the full length of the back.
