Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bella Sienna. We’re a small, family-run boutique and truly appreciate your support. We want you to love every order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
Every parcel includes a Returns Form.
Please use this form to start your return or exchange — it’s the quickest and easiest way for you and helps us process everything smoothly.
Please ensure your return reaches us within 28 days of delivery.
If you no longer have your form, email info@bellasienna.co.uk with your order number and we’ll send the details again.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service and insuring your parcel for the full value of your order, as return postage is the customer’s responsibility and Bella Sienna cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unused, with all original tags still attached

Free from hair, marks, stains, or odours

Returned in the original packaging or box
All items are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your order qualified for free postage, a minimum deduction of £4.99 will be applied.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Personalised or custom-made products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@bellasienna.co.uk.
Including photos helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Returns & Customs Fees
International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to import taxes, duties, and handling fees charged by local customs authorities. These fees must be paid before delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
If customs fees are unpaid, parcels are returned to us by the carrier.
Refunds on Returned or Unpaid Parcels
Refunds will cover the item cost only, minus:

Original shipping charges

A 5% cancellation fee (to cover non-refundable payment processing costs)
Ireland & EU
VAT and processing fees are typically requested before delivery.
USA & Other Countries
As of 29 August 2025, all goods shipped to the USA may now incur duties and taxes regardless of value, which must be paid before delivery.
We cannot under-declare values or mark parcels as “gifts”.
Legal Cooling-Off Period (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the legal right to:

Cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it

Return it within a further 14 days

Receive a refund, provided the items are returned in their original condition
