This traditionally styled dress has a beautifully hand-smocked panel across the bodice with pretty floral embroidery. It has a Peter Pan collar, short sleeves and ivory trims. It fastens on the back with buttons and a sash that ties in a bow. The full gathered skirt is lined for comfort. To complete the look, it comes with a matching headband with a bow on the front.
